Case Study: Turnaround Management & Restructuring

A stock-listed infrastructure company

In the wake of a takeover major problems in the reporting system were detected. This left to correspondingly inaccurate management decisions.

The goal was to implement and restructure the reporting system with as little effort as possible and as quick as possible. There was a notable pressure on the management to change and report accurately, to meet shareholders expections.

In a short time we conducted the complete value chain of the company and analyzed all the weak points in the production levels and following the reporting hierarchy up to the board.

On this basis we executed with the existing resources the implementation of a new reporting and introduced control loops including all necessary and corresponding changes in IT system. Due to the size and the variety of locations, the project lasted 12 months.
