Tamas is a management consultant for 15 years, focusing on
Oil&Gas, Heavy Industries and Infrastructure sectors. He
originated and executed some of the largest M&A and
implementation engagements in Europe.
Tamas started at
BMW in Munich, joined the consulting industry in 2004. His
experience stretches from business transformation and
reorganization to M&A, strategy development & implementation.
Beyond strategic advisory, he has always focused on full
implementation to realize the set business targets. Therefore,
most of his projects stretched over several years to ensure a
long-term, stable and enhanced business operation. His recent
accomplishment was a turnaround of an operational entity with
1500+ staff and achieved $70 MM in EBIT improvement; making the
business positive for first time in 10 years. Tamas ́s buy-side
engagement was to serve large US PE firms in initiating
operational due diligence and worked with executives on MBO
deals.
Tamas lived and worked in 7 different countries
throughout Europe and therefore shares the values of many
cultures. He has a Bachlor´s degree in Business from Vienna,
Master´s degree in Management from London and is currently
completing his Executive MBA at London Business School. |
